Yes, Resolute has no choice now and will have to raise their bid. Resolute need St-Félicien Mill because of the wood chips. Right now, Resolute have huge stocks/inventory of wood chips, and ...more

The Quebec court reversed their decision to cease trade the warrant offering clearing the way for Mercer to gain control of Fibrek. Logic prevails and now Resolute/AbitibiBowater/Fairfax will now have ...more
