Oliphant always said WGI was to expand by buying companies operating in a specific geographic area (i.e. NAFTA ) Now we are in Peru, Brazil and Austrailia all Non NAFTA countries. READ

The new company has a no hedging policy. I expect that something will be done to get rid of WGI's hedges.

For the short term (say 2 years), WGI is getting slightly shafted in this deal. They are cash flowing like crazy now. Based on last quarters results, they'll earn 88 cents a year on a $1
