They will received 4.5 b cash for the sales 12.50 / per share .. Special dividend is coming hopefully above 5 bucks.. Now , 4.5 b is a sure bet , Cash is King.. With that kind of money in the bank ...more

Is the KML take over a done deal?

Everyone can correct me if I am wrong but, I think that the investors in KML still have to vote on the deal.  That probably includes the investors in the USA.  If they vote against the sale ...more

hold on for what --no better deal comming - TM was the KML kingmaker - mj shareholder is in USA and KML is a pimple. -bigger dividend--that is what TM was going to do INVEST YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Every pipeline more likely the biggest expense is their interest expense as most projects are debt laden..  I suggest you look at income statement and see how much interest expense they incurred ...more

My understanding this is the assets they bought from Enron for 500m now getting 4.5b in return..  That is a pretty good return in my books... 800% return of capital vested.. I do this deal ...more
