the scumbag underwriters and the co. decided a unit (1 sh + 1 wrt) was worth $1.20 so a share must be worth only $1.00

With this PP they have $15M plus $5M possible with wrts. So yes they now have money. None of this is for NM, it's for current obligations, upgrade Montana too 3000kg/month and to buy high grade ...more

these guys just make sh$t up anyway, nothing is believable.   they have no money so how are they going to buy biomass to process. how about the lawsuit with farmers. thats 8 million bucks.
