Management, Directors, Bison and the like are in for a 2 bagger. They picked up a lot when SP was in the 40 cent range, so they walk out good.

Their actions aren’t entirely in line with comments. 13% premium doesn’t sound like Vevet significantly undervaluing IBR. Very unfortunate.
