Gold finished the week strong @ $18.24 usd.

Should be good for MMP.un holdings , as they have quite a few goldminers and explorers in the mix. Been a while since i looked at the entire raft of holdings they have.

Pecked away at some MMP.un

About time for gold to shine here, with inflatio running rampant and central banks on a buying spree not seen in some time. Mostly Russia , Turkey and China tho, as they move away from the US $.

Expect a big gain in NAV at today's close - should be around 2.44 which is one of the best gains in a long time. At a typical long range 6 % discount to NAV, MMP.UN should trade around 2.29 ...more

MMP.un NAV jumped back up over $2.31 friday

So not sure what the dump was all about, but I suspect taxloss sales and maybe some stops taken out. Was the biggest volume friday in a year , almost exactly to the day.
