relative to the DVIX trade.  Perhaps Mr. Market smells a counteroffer.  $250 mil USD is very low for a company with these fundamentals and industry positioning embarrasingly low considering ...more

I told you so... I said it was going to be taken out this year... It's my 4th buy out... My predictions for the next buyout: JTR and BEW. Congrats to those that didn't sell before.

Considering that NLN is being bought at 250 million USD. It's currently only trading at ~229.89 million USD

The company will allow a few differeint options. Usually ' 1) You can sell your shares at the buy out price 1.07 2) Transfer shares you currently have into the new companies shares (if they have ...more
