Sold a few
I sold 200 shares at 84.5. Holding 300 shares now. It's getting a little difficult for me to hold as I have decent gains. I will hold these 300 shares till 95 otherwise if it comes down I will buy

We are a few months away from December 5 earnings date. That's when dividend increase will be released. I am guessing we move up to 1.09 from 1.02 so a 0.07 increase. 1.10 would be better though
