I hope you are correct but the QMX management already accepted the only offer so ELD wouldn't really have to up it unless there is a competing offer

I agree this is a bad deal for small retail shareholders, these deals usually are. The retail shareholders get sucked in on financings, good or bad, to pay for drilling and get " shafted" ...more
