RYG VWAP was roughly 12 cents. RYG shareholders are receiving ~20 cents per share in stock(which is better than cash) as a result of the share conversion. It's currently trading at a discount to ...more

where did you come across them wanting to have 1 million shares outstanding?  a roll back of 1000 to 1 doesn't make sense... it would make the share price in new co $110 (.11x1000) share ...more
