Some time ago we talked about a buyout. 10 - 20 % of NPV 1.7 Billion CAD would be a MC of 170 - 340 Mil. Would be a SP of 1.8 - 3.6 CAD. Perhaps somebody is dumping SP wanting to buy in cheaper.
