Two positive reports on BTO in Nov 1 edition of Invtr's Dgt
but both reports predate the Volta acquisition. Worth a read nevertheless. Theme in both reports is organic growth, growing earnings, great exploration and acquisition record.

Question on binding agreement
I see if we back out of the deal we pay a $2 million break fee. Is this the same for B2Gold or can they back out without consequence? Anyone have any insight?
