All perfectly legal to reach in your pocket take your money/shares. Cold , selserving and then get on their high horse and pretend its good for all shareholders, is their coolaid to go with that?

I don’t know their rationale for the distribution of options but one way to find out is to show up at the AGM and ask the tough questions. Alternatively call Brooke and I’m sure he will tell you.
