With a smart deal or two this can easily go to $4 but it's a stretch IMO under current deals and cash flow. Not saying not a chance but DIV is already at the high end of its historucal window I ...more

I do worry as it does take up a huge amount of my portfolio I have been in for awhile my biggest amount came at $1.72 so i have done well i reinvest every month. Do I worry? yes sometimes
