The PM said recently that legalization was about public health not creating a viable industry. So it is unlikely that potency limits will change and the illegal market will continue to thrive

The truth is there is no "potential " in Canada unless you are medical, illegal, native or goverment. OCS now had so much money that they have expanded their mandate to social reform...lol.

Look at the post Q1 ER and you will see 100 M shares for sale @ 0.2 cents....also the bid is at 1.0 cents. This is not an hopeful picture.
