Their strategy gives lots of capital gains upfront with little cash portion. Probably why hr is so weak. Not best investment in non registered

Do people not understand the AFFO went from 0.25 to 0.36
In one quarter....thats a magic show. Dont know the line items, possibly a one time only thing, but definitely impressive. No REIT has done that.

Big volume but the gains are not that great....lets see what happens tonight. Id be really impressed if AFFO is still 0.23-0.25. Pretty cheap multiple

Underperforming sector by a wide margin....the ncib paused. wonder if things are still going strong for them or if its a weak quarter
