1student I am sure you are aware that NOU had an ATM which was on the shelf. In their case it was never used.  NGC remains to be seen.

BAM plant requires approximately 300,000 tons of graphite. NGC capacity is 25,000 tons. The CEO keeps promoting the construction of a BAM plant. How about financing Namibia? Hugues has ...more
