-was there a mention of who bought , I mean stole the assets? -better quit the dividend if they want this company to survive -enough BS about the div. being sustainable !

Micheal Rapps left the BOD of Spyglass due time constraints. Clarke Inc. is and will be holding on to their shares as they still believe the company is under-valued... Kherson

Undervalued, but an unsustainable dividend policy. Rapps must not have been able to implement the changes Clarke wanted to see there.
