What does the market like? They project a 9 cent affo for 2024 which means dividend is barely payable. 100%. No major asset sales

Might not be cheap enough with a 9 cent affo per quarter.  If mgmt doesn't execute some accretive capital allocation from assets sales a second dividend cut may come later this year... see ...more
