For deals like this, the percentage market belief that the deal will conclude successfully is recognized by the price jump ... .27/6.08 gives us a 4.5% confidence.  Good Grief, Charlie Brown.

I'm thinking that the share price will be very difficult to support post-buyout.  Even if we see the full value of the cash out reflected concludes, there will be so many people that bail ...more
