If they can extend the completed deal untile May why can't they solicit another higher bid before that date.There is 2 months to go. I am sure there are many big oil companies

It is a hedge fund (though they are obviously not very good at hedging, when you look at their performance). So I expect them to pack all the money from the deal into their pockets. They are not here
