when they start blowing off the pp paper look for offers of 1k to 3k stacked up at a price. Those offers are not really 1k to 3k offers they will be iceberg offers meaning the offer will be 20 or more ...more

In May this stock is likely going to crash to between 30 and 35 cents. Look for heavy shorting right up to the time the last PP becomes free trading.

simple an example would be if you owned 10,000 shares in CSI then when the spin out happens you will own 10,000 shares in CSI and 10,000 shares in La Finca at no cost to you.
