Lots of room to manuever, SH sets the bottom, gives some protection to SB in case they are outbid as they have to guy it regardless if not. Will cost a few million to outbid / payoff the SH, but

Nope, I took out a 2nd mortgage against my home to make a higher bid when I saw how low the stalking horse came in at... You never really know who will be participating in this process when a SH bid
