Quadravest updates FFN unit nav to July 31 @ $16.23

SO AFTER taking into account the USD exchange , FFN lost about 91 cents in days.. So the UNIT NAV of FFN to AUG 2 would be $15.31 Commons with a value of $5.31 , not much safety left..

Current NAV is down 86 cents from the number i had for JULY 31 which was $16.20 If you subtract that 86 cents you get the realtime NAV of $15.34 Common shares then have a value of about $5.34 ...more

Hi mouserman, Thank you for the NAV update in realtime! I'm a little confused. Is the current NAV $15.34 or $16.34? The amount in brackets you wrote for the after distributions NAV says $16.20.

Spreadsheet showing a loss of 86 cents since JULY 31 guesstimate at NAV. I suspect it will be within a few pennies of that guess ($16.20) after distributions.
