Dont need to be a mathemetican to know you can reprice real esate -10 to -30% without serious consequences for owners and lenders. The empire was built on low rates, it will come tumbling down

The national average is now at 7.58% and the spread to 10 year treasuries is now 3% + Historically speaking, the spread is normally 1.5-2% and of course it is widening which tells me lenders want
