my estimates... depends on what lumber price they get really. I think FCF will probably be in the 160-200M range, given that actual lumber prices for the quarter avg. prob closer to high 600s, low

All good points. I suspect that by the time the new acquisition closes, it will be an all cash deal. Twice the size and fewer shares. At some point IFP will be rewarded with a higher multiple. Lumber

Indeed and much better than the average Q4 eps estimate of the 5 analysts on Yahoo Finance The estimate is for 88 cents.If price remains as high as they are right now,they will blow away this amounts
