MRT is a

Warren Buffet style deep value , time arbitrage play.  Market is valuing MRT using spot market rent.  I value MRT using normalized market rent (2019 rent) . Easy money.

I agree, there is no chance they do an equity issue. Probably debentures, as both MRC and MRT.UN have debs due this year. The shelf prospectus is for up to $600 million in new financing. They could ...more
