Lower lows and lower highs. Not a good 30+ day recipe on the technical front. All speaks to much lower until that trend breaks. Things are, until they are not.

Yes, I think management's original estimate for the application was a minimum of 2 years. The application was filed in December 2012.

Bank aplication will take a year at least though. Not something in the short term to really be too concerned about it. Great catalyst for the medium to long term though.

Yup, good to see life coming back into this, the fundamentals are now better than they've ever been. Very dangerous to try and short this unless you have the inside track.
