I don't think so. I think it would say it in the reason for the halt if it was a late filing. It says "pending news"

Talking to your broker.....if you are on this site, you will know more then him........ Brokers are working for two people....themselves, ... and the brokerage firm.... Do your own trading....a lot ...more

I have to agree with Stockidiot100.  Halt does not = bad = always last company I traded, halted pending takeover bid... which turned out very good. we just have to wait and see.

I spoke with my broker and he said that it usually not a good thing when Iroc gets involved He thinks they are probably late on some filing I guess we have to wait quat
