Can you recall the specific time frame?  From when the company was dissolved and all legal matter settled, to the time of TCCs and payment?  Perhaps a time line of events?  Not all ...more

I was not familiar with the Cinar case.  I see that there was a big scandal over it.  Funds were allegedly misappropriated in or before 2000, and it was claimed that 40 million was invested ...more
