Agreed. If we can decide on which lawyer to go with, I have no problem with throwing into the pot to see some justice served on these thieves, or in very least get this sale of the IP overturned.

My understanding is this can still be appealed but the window is very short. If anyone has a lawyer in mind they should call them. Siskinds as they put it is one of the go-to firms for class actions ...more

Marcus771 - if you read the court papers dated 15th Jan you will find in the dox that meanwhile all the patents like Isolexx got allready final approval from the EEC. The sale is sealed by the court ...more

For me its smell like : its a long way to register all the patents and trademarks and to get the final approval for it - why not to open a company lets say BIOEXX let the sharholders carry the risk of ...more
