Any rights for the shareholder?

Can this sale be stopped at all? Or in the least be delayed? Does anyone know a legal course of action that can be taken??

Marcus771 - if you read the court papers dated 15th Jan you will find in the dox that meanwhile all the patents like Isolexx got allready final approval from the EEC. The sale is sealed by the court what you can do now its finish - and they had a easy game with us and it was a long term planed transaction trust me all are happy only the small shareholders like us got fu..ed, im sure under the ...more
