CLT is RBC's favourite name amongst their peer group. They appear on track to meet corporate exit volumes of 24,500 boe/d and are rated as a Sector Outperform with a target price of $34.00.

More lands added

They keep building out land position at Resthaven and now have a dominant landposition there. Lots of value is behind the company with all the Resthaven landsbeing acquired.GLA...

The real net short position is trivial and likely well under 100,000 shares. The reported short position is mostly part of synthetic derivatives.

Dilution takes down value but the inventory will keep it at new levels until more wells aredrilled out. If only natural gas can take a turn this will be worth a lot more than current levels. Not ...more

Assuming Resthaven keeps delivering, as more wells are drilled, completed and tied in, the production will increase and the price targets will be incrementally moved up quarter by quarter.
