Wayland is bankrupt. The deal is to facilitate keeping the employees going and the crop alive while someone new takes over and pays slightly more than they'd get in bankruptcy proceedings. The

is about 3.5 cents per share. What a disaster. If you are sitting on 100000 shares you will recieve 3500 for them. That's best case scenario. Worst case is we get nothing and they liquidate the
