Cantor initiated on AXX with 4.50 target today. He comes up with target using a sum of parts valuation $2.75 for Alberta and $1.75 for Axias interest in Covage..glta

with special dividend it would drop by that amount on x-div date and maybe more.prefer capital gain rather than pay tax on dividend and get clobbered on and after x-div date..

I am glad they didn't go the short sighted "special dividend" route but instead are going with the easily sustainable 0.0125 quarterly dividend, which I suspect will be raised (over time

While not anywhere NEAR the level of one-time dividend that some were talking about (50 cents+), 1.25 cents a share is a nice start, and puts the stock into a different leaque. Even 3 or 4 years ago
