DFN holdings all red at the open.

Not sure what is driving this latest correction, but the markets have looked a bit toppy to me.

DFN unit nav to Oct 22 = approx; $16.52

Showing a gain of about 6 cents since the udpated numbers to OCt 15. Last trade @ $6.35 for DFN means they are trade just a few pennies below NAV after distributions are factored in.( $6.38)

DFN UNIT NAV to OCt 21 = approx; $16.54

SO commons would have a value of about $6.40 after distributions are factored in. Trading at a slight dicsount of  2 cents witht the close @ $6.38.

DFN unit nav in realtime @ approx: 16.52 before dist.

So after distributions are factored in DFN commons carry a value of about $6.37 and so trading very near its valuation after distributions are paid.

I was out more on DFN, than on DF, which actually came in 1 cent higher than my estimate, @ $16.62.  SO Df now has a  16 cent  higher UNIT NAV value. Have adjusted both spreadsheets to ...more

So showing a gain of just over 11 cents since OCt 15.. values the commons at about $6.60 last trade @ $6.32 leaves the discount at only 28 cents or about 4.2%

Showing a gain of just over 8 cents , so will round it down. DFN commons finished the day at  $6.24 and now have dropped significantly behind DF..which closed @ $6.38. Both are discounted and DFN ...more
