MOZ had a feasibility study,  great grade, was under construction and it still went bust.  This is way worse at I80

PURE GOLD had outstanding drill results, an 800 tpd mill, all the infrastructure, actual production, a land package etc .....it had horrible self promoting management....it still went bankrupt.  ...more
