Based on AFFO alone of 5 cents per quarter, this should be worth at least $2.

IVQ is profitable

Leveled cash flow is positive. AFFO is positive as at last quarter. So it is profitable. They just completed building a brand new seniors home worth $35 Million and occupancy is increasing.  The ...more

Tradeable shares have to be minimum of 1 million. The value of tradeable shares minimum is 4 million 4 ÷ 56 = .0714 cad  This part not sure but a year of below that price consistently  ...more

I haven't seen many get delisted. Go look at ndm or min, it's been trading under a dollar for many years. Anyway, although I have seen delistings due to financial hardship instead. i.e. unable ...more

Debt should be repaid almost in full until 2025, so I wouldn't call it a breathing room.
