as discussed, one thing not know, one of item, 4 million (.13 cents per unit) hit due to NWT wildfires rent relief. Add that back in and FFO was 49 percent and AFFO was 62 percent.

Well the trading volume is very low on this reit. compared to the residential sector, which is much higher volume ( not know enough yet ) it's the third largest residential rate in Canada

NRR is being destroyed likely because of its relationship with TNT.UN. The more TNT drops, NRR becomes victim by association.

Be very hard, nearly impossible to find a apartment reit with 10 percent yield, trading 6.5 times AFFO, and 55 percent discount to NAV.
