The only way this could be good for shareholders that have been here over the last year is if they raise a couple million dollars at around 30 cents post consolidation.

It was good that they announced their 2023 focus.  But they need funds for it without diluting shares, such as a JV with large upfront payment for Forrest Kerr or sell of Justin

There is one bit of new good news for Aben I forsee for 2023. Seabridge now has the 3 Aces project in the Yukon which they acquired from Golden Predator. Looks like they are now actively exploring ...more

Unfortunately there was no progress on Forrest Kerr, Justin, or Red Lake this year.   No income from any sell or JV, but they did a 3.5 cent raise that diluted shares and lowered the share ...more

.....the graphite project might have merit, but we can see the damage done by acquiring new projects without the needed funding for exploration (Red lake), and the lowball .035 cent placement that ...more
