The building of the port "should" be a no brainer. Did some research on where they were at with this recently and from what I can tell they have spent about 30mil so far on this project ...more

Starting Wednesday, Frontera's SIB begins and goes till October 17. Does anyone know if Frontera can legally release material news between now and then? Or are they pretty much under a news ...more
