I don't really see an other offer as IMG would make it difficult for other offers, they would make it impossible for competitors jmho,

I totally agree with you but several points 1). If no suitor emerges then holding IAG is not the worst scenario as gold rises it can go much higher and our .2 per share will go up

arbitrage on IAG and VSR
IAG at $2.67 US VSR $.49 US at .2 per share and a bit more VSR should be at $.55
