TrumpThis. I think you misunderstand the CIBC analyst. TOG is not going to rise to $3.42. What he is saying is that his target for WCP is $6.00 so that if this occurs, TOG shareholders will eventually ...more

TrumpThis - CIBC has a target price of $6.00 on WCP.  TOG shares are now basically .57 of a WCP share, presuming the deal goes through.  TOG will trade in line with .57 times the WCP share ...more

Hi RetiredC. How can CIBC expect the SP to lift to $3.42, when the approx. $900M deal - $335M debt =$565M as G&M published (FP stated $552M). If the SO are 222.61M then the $565M/222.61M = $2.54 ...more
