Anyone have any info on the direction of this company? Even if the x strain passes first clinical test does it mean it's ready for sale? I dont think so. Heaven for bid it fails then veritas has ...more

It's likely that the litigation was settled.  As part of the settlement deal, it may be that the parties worked in a sale of 3 carbon in order to come to an agreement that stung less for both ...more
