Yeah, picking up smaller companies could be good considering HWX has a net cash position. Not so sure about the whole of OBE. They are a fairly large target for HWX and have a fair amount of debt

Yeah, having seen the price for Deltastream, I prefer the crown land sale appoach too. I like how HWX is positioned from doing that plus the firesale assets they picked up in the beginning.

That is the conventional wisdom, that the private clearwater will get snapped up. Spur has somewhat more produciton than Deltastream and a much better land inventory. It could be pretty expensive for
