Tomorrow. Been an interesting year for sure and perhaps many were buying the more popular names instead but at this point this is one of the best values available imo.

Really good Q1, beat all estimates by at least 10%. Mortgages were renewed at 3% in Q1. If MRT can finance the $300M unencumbered properties at 3% or existing $150M Line of Credits to replace 4.5 ...more

The EPS number is reduced by non cash charges like estimated NEW value of their assets due to covid.....this is short term....I believe or hope. The real number in Real Estate is the Cash flow ...more
