The two licenses together comprise over 32,933 km2 (8 million acres).

I really do wonder about the sanity of traders paying these high rates on such a bad stock like Recaf. How can they afford to? There can't be that much room left to profit.

High loan rates is bearish
Professional traders are willing to pay high borrow rates or loan rates because they have high conviction that despite the stock having fallen 90 percent or more, it looks to be going bankrupt.
