My "average" sells in Sept/Oct on the following reits were (sold some higher and lower): Artis -$8.25 HR- $11.30 Riocan - $20 Look at where prices are now: Artis - $7.75 HR- $10.57 Riocan

The 10 year moved up 75bp in a straight line due to Sept jobs and Trump speculation. Seems a bit baseless of a move. Now if we get the 100bp move to 4.5% that's hardcore tightening
