Let me chime in here. A recession sounds scary but canada is likely in one now and really depends how steep and ugly it gets. If bonds rally bringing US 10 year to 3.5% and reits sell off

You can make the argument up until Wednesday PMZ was bucking the canadian reit sell off trend, I believe it was up 2% one day last week to 13.68 which closer to the "top" of its trading
