I will own a possible mistake I made referrencing TJ
Some time ago, I noted that TJ suggested reits would see a further decline of 30%. While I believe I did read that in one of his posts, I did a quick look but did not locate that post (doesn't absolutely mean he didn't say that) to that extent, that being the case, I will own that I may have erred.
As a result I was called a liar. Let me say right now, I do not lie and I do not cheat. If it was an error, thats what it would have been, an honest mistake, it would not have been a purposeful misrepresentation. I do my best to represent what I believe to be the case and my opinion. I would never purposely misrepresent and most certainly would not lie. I was not raised that way.
In any event, my bad if that were the case. Not fun having to own this but it is the right thing to do. While I will continue to comment on things when I think it warrants, I will no longer engage in dragged out trash. I have eluded to this in the past but will endeavor to stick with it best I can.
